Linda:
Linda is one of the owners of Gillin and started the company with Gil back in 2006. She grew up around antique furniture, classic cars and old homes which led to her addiction for restoration and reuse. She is currently in charge of client relations, operations, social media and assists with design. Linda’s favorite project to date was working on the Extreme Makeover television show which involved the entire team at Gillin. Outside the shop, Linda enjoys going to wineries, breweries, taking cooking classes and visiting museums. Her true passion is photography and cultivating her skills and capturing the moment is how she spends most of her free time. Linda’s classic car of choice is a 1967 Camaro.

Guido:
Upholsterer/Craftsman - Guido started with us part time in 2014 and is now a full time member of the team. He learned his craft while in high school in Columbia as a part time job after school and he’s now been an upholsterer for 35 years. His specialty is stitching and his favorite shop project to date has been a 1969 GTO. Guido spends his time at church and with his family on his days away from the shop. His favorite food is rice and beans and he enjoys salsa music, which is great to get the energy going in the afternoons at the shop. If he hadn’t become an upholsterer, he would be serving in the military. Guido’s classic car of choice would be an original Chevelle (a great choice indeed).

Josh:
Assembly & Convertible Tops - Josh started out as an intern with Gillin while he was attending BOCES in high school. His specialties are convertible tops and seat kits but his favorite project that he’s worked on was a 1970 Nova which has a custom interior. If he had the chance to own a classic car, a Nova would be his choice. Josh enjoys Spanish food and Spanish music and likes to play football and relax when he’s not working. He originally attended BOCES for mechanics, which he would be doing if he wasn’t doing upholstery. We are grateful that he chose upholstery; he’s well rounded and versatile to us here at the shop.
